Mobile Technician gives your technicians the ability to identify the opportunities for the call right at the job site.  These directly correspond to the job summary in SuccessWare21. Any checkbox that is checked inside SuccessWare21 before the technician enters this call will be checked when the technician arrives to this screen in Mobile Technician.  This includes any check box that may automatically be checked inside SuccessWare21 based by the defaults set for call type, equipment age, warranty, or whether they are an agreement member. The office staff has the ability to change any of the inputs from the technician after the call is complete by editing the job summary. Below is a screen shot of the close job screen inside Mobile Technician a list of how each of the check boxes work and the fields inside SuccessWare21 that they correlate to.

 

 

Agreement Opportunity:

This check box correlates to the agreement opportunity checkbox inside the job summary in SuccessWare21. This is used to identify that there is an opportunity to sell an agreement to the customer.

 

Opportunity Generated:

This check box correlates the opportunity generated check box inside the job summary in SuccessWare21. By checking this check box and hitting the “Next” button, the technician will then select the specific opportunity based on the opportunity codes that are in your SuccessWare21 installation. The technicians do not select a follow up date.

 

Warranty Opportunity:

This check box correlates to the warranty opportunity check box inside the job summary in SuccessWare21. This is used to identify that there is an opportunity to sell an extended warranty for the equipment at the customer’s location.

 

Warranty Sold:

This check box correlates to the warranty sold check box inside the job summary in SuccessWare21. By checking this check box and clicking the “Next” button, the technician will identify the years and total amount for the warranty they sold the customer and that will get entered into the job summary.

 

Replacement Opportunity:

This check box correlates to the replacement opportunity check box inside the job summary in SuccessWare21. This is used to identify that there is an opportunity to sell a replacement at the customer’s location.

 

Replacement Sold:

This check box correlates to the replacement sold check box inside the job summary in SuccessWare21. By checking this check box and clicking the “Next” button, the technician will identify the total amount for the replacement they sold the customer and that will get entered into the job summary.

 

Lead Generated:

This check box correlates to the lead generated field inside the job summary. By selecting lead generated it will also check the opportunity generated checkbox and allow the technician to identify the specific opportunity for the lead when they click “Next.”

 

Call Back:

This check box correlates to the call back check box inside the job summary. By selecting this the technician will be presented with the service history for the location and they can then select which call this is a call back for and that will be entered in the job summary.
