Now that Mobile Technician will load up any assigned parts to tasks that are added to an Invoice you now have the ability to create kits ahead of time for jobs inside SuccessWare21, and then allow your techs to edit the kits out in the field. This way you can identify all of the parts the techs may need for an individual job, and then allow the technicians to remove any items that they may not have used right at the job site. This will enable to you to get accurate material requisitions and costing for a job while removing the strain and time associated with identifying all the parts. Especially for large plumbing jobs. You can create these kits in two ways:

First, if you open up a task inside the price book in SuccessWare21 and click the detail tab you can go through and add the parts right in there.  By doing this you have assigned these parts to this task and every time this task is added to an invoice, in both SuccessWare21 and Mobile Technician, these parts will be added as well. When your technicians get to the parts used screen in Mobile Technician, those parts will be listed there and they can add to, remove, or edit quantities of the items listed.

Secondly, you can create and assign a material requisition for an open job ahead of time in SuccessWare21, and as long as the material requisition is left un-posted, then the technician will get those parts in parts used screen and can add to, remove, or edit quantities of the items listed.
