New Release for Mobile Technician.

Below are the changes that have been made for the new version. 

-          Modified Mobile Technician to disallow synchronization with SW21 for any assignment that is onsite, and also to replace the ‘Assignment Information has changed’ screen with a notification sound.  These changes consequently fix issues with information from SW21 overwriting local information that has not been synchronized, and where the Assignment Information has changed screen gets stuck in the background.

-          Modified Mobile Technician to allow processing of Task Items with negative prices, thereby matching SW21 functionality.
