ES400 Printer Settings
Apparently there have been some changes to the COM Port settings for the ES400. I changed our Bluetooth COM Port to 7 and changed the MT printer COM Port setting to 7. The printers are still not working. The printers will print the setup confirmation text but won't print an ivoice.
Do you have a more detailed guide on changing these settings? Are there additional steps that need to be taken?

Patrick, The Com Ports should me set to the same number like you have. I know we spoke earlier but i wanted to just reply on here in case anybody else experiences the same issue. We found out it was an issue with the file size of the logo you have loaded in your system that was not allowing it to print. It was too big of a file size that it was causing the print to fail. Thanks for working with our team to solve this.

Don't feel bad Patrick, I did the same thing for our company. Uploaded a nice logo.... stopped all the phones from printing... took us a bit to figure that out.

Dan and Patrick,
I will work with our team here to get the filesize restrictions so this doesn't happen anymore in the future and you know how large a file you can upload. I'll let you know as i soon as i get a response.

Thanks Greg, It would at the least be a good idea to post a size limit with the what to expect if you go over on the upload page, so that we would realize we may cause a problem even if they can't get the restriction in place in the software soon. Thanks for being vigilant and working to provide the best product. You guys are the best.
