I'm surprised there are no posts on this already.
We were thinking of having our technicians take a picture of the problem before the work, then one after, as a standard company policy for all service work.
Now that SW21 can attach documents to jobs (if setup by the administrator), what about adding a way for the field technicion to add photos while filling out the work-done notes? Seeing as how the MC65 (your choosen device) has a camera already built in....

If you click the "Request a Feature" link in the menu above, it'll take you to the system (just went live today so there are non in there). This will allow us to track all these requests in one place, and allow users to vote on them, us to comment on them (you as well), and allow us to keep you updated on their status - "planned" "started" "completed" "under review" etc.
For this one, we've heard this before and we'll be talking about whether or not this is possible within the framework of SWAPI today. I'll post a follow up when I have more information. We agree - this would be a super addition. I just don't know if the technology that SW21 makes available to us will allow us to do it - stay tuned!
